Terms & Conditions of Pixxels Design

By accessing and using the services provided by Pixxels Design, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Pixxels Design provides web development and graphics design services to clients. These services may include, but are not limited to, the design and development of websites, logos, and other graphics.

Payment

Payment for services must be made in full before work begins. We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the designs and materials produced by Pixxels Design will be owned by Pixxels Design. Upon payment in full, the client will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs and materials for their intended purpose.

Confidentiality

Pixxels Design will keep all client information, including but not limited to design concepts and materials, confidential. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without the client's written consent.

Warranties and Liabilities

Pixxels Design will use reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the suitability of the designs and materials for the client's purposes. Pixxels Design will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the designs and materials.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of [State].

By accessing and using the services of Pixxels Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
